The latitude and longitude utility provides quick and easy conversion of coordinates between Degrees, Minutes and Seconds, Decimal Degrees, Degrees, Minutes and Decimals and UTM along with providing a view of the coordinates on a google map.

• Enter a value in any of the fields and the other formats will be automatically calculated on exit of the field.
• To locate the map enter the coordinates in any format and click the Show on map button.
• To find the coordinates of a position on the map click at a point on the map and the fields will update with the coordinates of that position.
• All calculations use the WGS84 datum which is the same datum used by Google maps and SPOT devices.
• All calculations involve complex trigonometry and algebraic calculations and therefore may have inaccuracies, they are only a guide and should be confirmed on a topographical map before being passed to teams in the field.
